The leading provider of language solutions won the Stevie Award for being the Best Employer 2021 for the exemplary initiatives taken for its employees’ well-being and overall development.
Crimson Interactive competed against 12,000 applications from 70+ countries and emerged as the Silver Stevie winner in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category. Their employee-centric initiatives impressed the specialized jury of more than 70 professionals at an international platform.
The ‘Stevie Awards’ for ‘Great Employers’ recognizes the world’s best employers, teams, achievements, and HR-related initiatives that help create and drive ‘Great places to work’. Crimson initiatives such as wellness programs for Crimsonites, career progression and learning and development initiatives has brought them to this wall of fame.
Crimson has launched several initiatives such as the award winning T-square program to encourage its employees to work as Business Partners and not just employees, to solve organization problems; exclusive programs for managers to help them better engage with new employees; annual sponsorship program for prestigious certifications; various training programs where employees disseminate their knowledge with one another; various rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate its people.
Crimson took earnest initiatives to help their employees cope with the COVID-19 crisis by ensuring the necessary infrastructure support for the work-from-home set up, designing flexible working hours and leave policies, assuring zero lay-offs, zero salary cuts, annual bonuses, and double-digit appraisals, conducting a company-sponsored vaccination drive, providing an exclusive COVID-19 insurance and medical insurance with parental coverage, and organizing wellness programs such as immunity-building yoga sessions, positivity campaign, etc.
The jury particularly appreciated the Crimson culture which promotes diversity and inclusion, open door policy, wherein Crimsonites can share their ideas or opinions freely with any other Crimsonite (including their CEO), and meritocratic work environment which nurtures talent with right empowerment opportunities.
